Knott’s Berry Farm in California: A Year of Unlimited Food with All Season Dining

Disneyland is the big landmark of Orange County, but there’s also Knott’s Berry Farm. It’s a theme park everyone in Southern California knows, and since it’s in Buena Park, where a lot of Korean Americans live, most Korean families around here have probably been at least once or twice. If you have young kids, you probably buy annual theme park passes every year (because it’s way cheaper that way). On top of that, the All Season Dining plan Knott’s offers is the best deal out there for parents trying to save even a little.

All Season Dining (a year of unlimited meals at every restaurant)

This year, 2022, it’s $145 per person. We’re a family of five and the youngest is still little, so we bought four passes in total. With prices going up so much lately, a meal around Buena Park runs about $12–16, so generously speaking the pass costs about the same as 12 meals. But with it, you can eat as much as you want all year long (you can order one item at one of about 15 restaurants, and order again every 4 hours). If your family steadily eats dinner there about once a week (by my math, close to $2,500 worth), you can save serious money.

Of course, you can’t expect top-quality food at this price, but some of it looks pretty decent. For reference, it includes Panda Express, the well-known American Chinese chain, plus BBQ spots, pizza, burgers, corn dogs, and fry shops.
