Rosen/Acacia Park – A Quiet Little Park & Playground in Cypress

Looking for a kid-friendly spot in Orange County? Let me introduce Rosen Park, a small park and playground in Cypress, just south of Buena Park. On a hot summer Sunday afternoon, with bored kids in tow, we headed out looking for somewhere with a bit of shade and not too many people.

There’s a decent amount of playground equipment, so the kids had a blast, and thanks to that I got to take a little break in the shade.

Looks like my kid is having a great time too.

There are benches for a picnic and even a barbecue grill.

It’s not on a main road and it’s on the smaller side, so it doesn’t seem to get crowded. I think it’s a nice, easygoing place to come with the family.
